The database is maintained continuously with each bank office (and associated contacts) updated on a quarterly basis. This means that each contact is checked at least 4 times per year, which in general is enough to ensure that the directory remains up to date 98% of the time.

It is a 365 day effort to make sure the data is accurate. Please see the tables below which show, quarter by quarter, the overall accuracy of the contacts included. Each quarter is checked against the previous one, and all contacts that are no longer at the institution concerned or have moved department are measured.

For the second quarter 2009 for example, the percentage of contacts that had either left bank or moved to a new department was as low as 2%.

Additions to the directory are also made constantly, at the rate of approximately 24,000 new contacts per year which averages at approximately 100 new contacts per business day.
