Is the data downloadable?
No.

How often is the data updated?
Annually. The data is worked on each day throughout the year. Every bank office (and associated contacts) is updated at least once per year.

How many email addresses are listed?
Approximately 50% of all contacts have a direct email address.

Are direct telephone numbers listed?
Yes, where available. Otherwise, the general bank telephone number is listed.

Can I see a sample?

How do you source/update the data?
This is a sensitive question. Research methods are not revealed in the interests of the site's long term security.

Do you provide marketing services?

Can I buy only a certain part of the database (eg only the IT contacts, Compliance contacts, etc)?
No. Access is available only to the whole database, £190 for 365 days.

Can I have a free trial?
Free trials are not offered due to the data being sensitive information.

Can I transfer my login to someone else?
No. Each user access is limited to one machine and will only function on the machine logged in to at time of first login.
